With the Team Profile Report you can easily see the similar and different behavioural styles within the team, quickly identify the overall behavioural strengths and weaknesses of the team as well and develop strategies for where gaps appear and/or where communication challenges exist.
The report also clearly demonstrates where the team perceives it needs to focus energy on adapting behavioural style i.e. the job pressure being applied as a result of their environment.
